The Lancaster Lawn

We have expanded Mackay’s most
elegant function venue with a
gorgeous outdoor garden set up,
The Lancaster Lawn. Featuring
classic white umbrellas, a vintage
bar set up, rustic wine barrels,
our luscious green lawn and festoon
lighting, our venue is perfect for
anything from weddings to cocktail
parties, long lunches or a
dinner under the stars.

The Lancaster Rooms

The grandest area of the Function Centre, the Lancaster room boasts elegant crystal chandeliers, opulent decorative walls, floor to ceiling windows and classic swirling monogrammed carpet. It has been compared to renowned function venues in metro areas. The Lancaster room is completely customisable with a portable dance floor, portable bar (if required) and staging. It is also possible to hire half or all of the room according to your requirements.

Pre-Function Area

A favourite for seminars, training or
smaller celebrations, the Pre-Function
area features a stunning marbled and
mirrored bar front and floor to ceiling
windows overlooking our manicured
ovals. This versatile space can add that
touch of elegance to any type of event.

The pre-function area can also be used
in conjunction with the Lancaster Room
as a precursor to the main event.

Snow Johnson Board Room

A modern meeting place, the Snow
Johnson Board Room is equipped with
a state of the art ceiling-mounted
projector and screen. This elegant
setting is distraction-free with
plenty of natural light, just what
you need to be in a function venue
to focus productivity.
