We can arrange entertainment, audiovisual and any other special equipment required. Professional childcare services are also available at selected times to enable you and your guests to enjoy your special occasion.
The Lancaster Room
With large bay windows letting in plenty of natural light, the Lancaster Room is the ideal venue for your wedding reception, sports presentation or other special function. You have wide choice of menus include a la carte, pre-selected or buffet meals. Seating up to 160, you also have several room layouts to choose from. Our staff can also arrange music for you, with a wide selection of performers regularly appearing at the venue.
The Deck
Why not have a cocktail party on The Deck to celebrate that special birthday or engagement? Having a special launch to your clients – then The Deck is the place to have it. Available for functions Monday to Thursday, The Deck is fully prepared for the elements all year round with automatic shutters in case of rain. With its own bar and platters available upon request, The Deck is a venue like no other in Mackay. Entertainment or audiovisual equipment can be arranged if required.
Snow Johnson Sports Room
Perfect for a small breakfast, intimate celebration or conference, the Snow Johnson Sports Room can seat 50 people in a sit down capacity. With audiovisual equipment available upon request, we can meet all your needs.
